HELP-All 4 tires flattened when i came out of work friday?

Friday when I came out of my office exhausted and ready to go home for the weekend, I approached my car and noticed all 4 of my tires were completely flat. Our agency has camera’s outside and I’m waiting for security to review them, I already made a police report but they said there’s nothing they can do because no one saw anything, but i was just wondering what could i do once the surveillance tape reveals who it was, I mean what if I don’t recognize the person? legally what can i do?
