need network surveillance software that can do speciffic things?

I need a monitoring program that can be isntalled on my computer only but manage to record all activity of every computer that is connected to my home network without the need to install it on every computer

Would like to be able to monitor websites opened chat software messages sent etc and things like that

The more it can do the better but it must be able to do all this from my computer without being installed on any other machine

I am on a home network with 2 other computers using a standard linksys router with the built in switch and hub etc

Any ideas what software to test out and take a look at?
