Why doesn’t the Stimulus Package contain a southern,double fence with no man’s land?

Mexican crime is rapidly seeping over the border, my Home Depot is obscenely crowded with illegals, gangs are starting to spray their logo’s on overpasses and rail cars, trucks etc. It’s ugly and unnecessary. I know that a very simple double fence and lots of cheaply reproduced spy gear can be accomplished, for christ sakes- it might cost a bit initially but if they can make my seat belt talk to me they sure as fug can print a few million of these.
Use some of that great Iraq hardware, remote control planes, etc, to do some good, for once, for us.
This entire situation is beyond pathetic.
I’m so sick of excuses when we seem to possess the tech. to invade another nation but cannot cover our own- no, I do not fear, pen knife wielding fanatics.
