I Can’t log into Yahoo Chat anymore, explained in more detail in the “Add details” part?

I can not log into Yahoo chat anymore. Using Yahoo Messenger to go into a chatroom either disconnects me from Yahoo Messenger or I get a message about DHTML was unable to load correctly…etc. It was giving me a message that I was logged on to another computer, I changed my password but that didn’t fix it until I upgraded to the newest version of Messenger, but I still can’t go into chatrooms.

When trying to use yahoo.com and chat 2.0 it gives me a message about how it took longer than expected and sends me back to the Yahoo chat sign in page. My PC’s OS is Windows Home Edition SP2, I scan my computer once a week for viruses and spyware. I have looked at the yahoo security page and tips they give, I have done them all, and still it doesn’t work. I also have the newest version of Java. BTW I get random spam while in messenger and can still chat with the people on my buddy list. If anyone has a solution it will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
