Whats a good restaurant for me to work at?

Ive been working in a retirement home restaurant for a while but its becoming old hat. It pays 9.23 an hour, which i know is great, but schools starting soon and the dinner hours conflict a lot with my schedule.
So I have experience and my supervisor will vouch for me… we serve 4 course meals, which is a lot more difficult than the normal one course meal plus maybe an appetizer that you see at regular restaurants.

So, what is a (chain) restaurant that would bring home the bacon with tip money? Hopefully said job would have a little job security, like nice customers who wont get me fired.. so far i’ve applied at applebees. Where else should i apply?
Im 18 so i can work someplace where they serve alcohol.
