SR 6000
|
Review Date: November 12, 2009
Reviewer: Mike J. Brooks,
I have been installing these autostarting alarms for several years. This is a high quality DEI product that has met all of my needs. I was considering purchasing the SR 9000 because of its range claim, but I chose not to spend the additional money. I have not installed this yet as the car I ordered is not here yet. Great quality product, especially for the price.

Reviewer: K. Orkoshneli,
pros are already described, I'll tell only about cons
1) Siren is small and therefore quiet;
2) Radio communication range is too small in a town, therefore you can;t control your car in most cases.
3) There is no buttons lock function on the remote, so you buttons may pushed accidentally entailing some functionality (in most cases arming or disarming alarm);
4) There is no space sensor preventing quite breaking in (for example trough glass via cutter).
